There are still a couple of things I have to build tho. The application form and some other codes.
As soon as that is done, I want to work some more on the forums style (not yet the way I want it and some stuff is a little bit off).
Other then that, the site is functioning… Some content needs to be added, but after all, there is still some time ;)

§1.1. A polite and sober tone is obligatory for interaction. Infringement will be punished with a warning. Repeated offenders will be excluded from the guild. Personal conflicts should be sorted out between the included parties and not affect guild life.

§1.2. The Officers discuss important guild matters. The guild-master (normally called “Captain” genannt) has ultimately the last word. Every member with a rank higher then “Recruit” can object against a decision made by the counsel, this appeal will be examined and will be handled by a committee.

§1.3. Structur: The governance is hierarchical and consists of the Captain, the Officers, the Veterans, the Mercenaries and the Recruits. The Capitan’s praetorian guard is generally considered Veterans.

§1.3.1. The Captain is the head of the guild, who’s purpose is to keep an overview of the situation of the guild as a whole all the time. He has decisive power and can, as Persona Singular, overrule any decisions of the council. His primary duty is to be paragon and to act with his best of knowledge and conscience for the wellbeing of the guild.

§1.3.1.1. The guild structure consists of several levels of power. The Captain is at the highest level. His right hand and first officer is, in the case of an absent Captain, his substitute and has to try to surmise the orders of the Captain and act accordingly. Next in line are the Officers, who will rank in seniority, except for the questions of the Officers additional assignments and commissions. Thus the Weaponmaster would overrule the other Officers in the question of training etc.
Below the officers are the Veterans who have seniority over regular Merceneries, who, in their turn have superiority over Recruits.
The Captain’s praetorian guard is – as long as neither the Captain, nor the first officer are present, treated like Veterans and have to obey the officers, but have seniority over others of the same rank. Normally they follow either the Captain’s or the first Officers direct command – which can overrule any other given order.
None of those ranks may be abused! Give orders consciously and righteous, with pride and honor and never forget, everyone in the company is of your own kin!

§1.3.1.2. A commision can be formed, if a member disagrees with the descision of the officers, or wants to have a dispute resolved by a council. The head of such a council will be chosen by chance among all members of the guild, one council member will be chosen by the Captain and one by the member who appealed. The matter can then be brought forth, the council can and shall include hearing of any party involved and then rule a sentence objectively and righteously. To appeal, call for a council or be assigned as a member of the commission is a privilege of any full member (mercenary and up).

1.3.2. Officers have additional assignments and commissions which should be tented to with eagerness and responsibility. The Quatermaster is responsible for the belongings of the company, the overall necessities, state and maintenance of the equipment among the mercenaries. He has to keep book and be able to present full details of the current conditions of the companies holdings. The Weaponmaster is responsible for the overall shape, wellbeing and ability of the mercenaries. Health, hygiene fall under his responsibilities as much as the training of the company. The Recuitmentofficer is responsible for recruiting and the recruits. He is the one assigning a mentor to a new recruit, check the recruits abilities and is the one who recommends the acceptence of a recruit as regular mercenary.
Other areas may include diplomacy, foreign affairs, contact relations, ordinance and more. Those assignments may also be placed upon a Veteran of high stature.

§2.3. Aggressive actions toward other are generally permitted. Excepted are actions that occur senselessly and without reason. [OOC:] No ganking, corpse-camping, griefing and/or other role-playing violations.

[OOC:]
§2.4. Some formalities we enforce for the sake of roleplaying and out of respect for the lore. These formalities may seem like a restriction, but are a logical step and are obligatory for Lauegh Host.
§3.2. We are a mercenary guild and thus have a military structure and appropriate rank. These ranks have to be respected. Those higher in rank should be greeted by the lower ranks first.

§3.2.1. At special occasions, formal clothing or an uniform must be worn. Details will follow.

[OOC:]
§3.3. Roleplay: It is part of this guild to be InCharacter everywhere and all the time. Which includes to act according to the view if the character instead of the player and everything else is left aside. All the listed rules herein are only meant to intensify and must not be abused as symbol of power over other players – doing so will have dire consequences.

§3.3.1. Internal channels are always OOC. Alle the other channels are considered IC. It is permitted and encouraged to use Skype, Teamspeak or Ventrillo for tactical use, metagaming and general chitchat. But while you do, you have to keep up a minimum amount of IC interaction in the game. Whether a voice communication program is used or not, IC and RP are still an obligation. Which means that all relevant things should be played out IC. All meta-channels have to be strictly separated from the game. And since we don’t want to exclude others, all IC actions have to take place in visible channels – No Telepathy! Since we are a military guild and most of our characters will be well trained in the arts of war, we encourage to use voice-communication to compensate for the tactical weakness of the players. After all, many of them fought battles for a long time and what comes natural to the characters, the player may lack this knowledge and communicating this meta-level via a voice-software makes it more realitisc in game.

§3.3.2. General behavior in- and outside of the guild: Personal conflicts are to be resolved verbally with calm and maturity – we suggest to use voice-communication to do so. If need be, an Officer can be asked to counsel and/or solve the dispute.

§4.1. Every member has to strife to support the guild with active collaboration on events, missions, projects and other activities to the best of their ability. [OOC:] Regular participation on the forums, playerquests, and the overall organization is mandatory. The quality of the guild is directly reflected by the amount of energy invested into the guild by its members. The more we partake in the internals of the guild, the more everybody will get something out of it.

§4.1.1. We are all in one guild. No member has a twink in any other guild, unless it is for RP purpose only and sanctioned by the Captain.

§4.2. It is mandatory to be active. Guild messages have to be read and reactions to them should be set accordingly. If that isn’t the case, there will be issued a warning, if there is no betterment, the responsible one will be dismissed from the guild. [OOC:] Casual play (in terms of time, not RP) is perfectly all right, but a minimum of participation should be perceivable.

§4.3. If there are compelling reasons for a longer absents, it is the obligation of every member to write a proper message in the forums to inform about the length of the absents. Reasons do not have to be included, since it might be a private matter, which do not need explanation. If that does not happen, a warning will be issued, followed by dismissal from the guild, if it reoccurs.

§4.3.1. A non-announced absents of more then 30 days will end the membership immediately. But a reason of absent can be brought in subsequently, which may lead to a re-integration after it has been reviewed by the Officers.

§4.4. Every member has the right to formally protest against warnings or resolutions, this will then be heard and reviewed by a commission.

§4.5. Every full fledged member – mercenary and up – has to pay a monthly guild tax. [OOC:] The amount has yet to be decided. The money is used for internal projects, rewards, quest-props, housing and simmilar. Every member is liable to pay the tax up until the 10th of the month to the Quatermaster by his own. Who in turn has to produce a full summary of all in- and out-going transactions of the guild. This has to be done in the forums and kept up-to-date. Please remember that this money will always be spent for the guild and in no way is meant to enrich any individual. If a member is absent for more then a month, the tax for that period will suspended.

§4.5.1. Every member is required to support their fellow guild-members with raw materials, resources, equipment or anything else that can be spared. Alternatively it can be given to the Quatermaster directly, who in turn will distribute it amongst the members. He also keeps book of what is available. This form of support is expected to be done without asking anything in return. Solidarityand companionship is an important factor of our fellowship and comes before self-interest.

§4.6. Since it is our desire to promote, encourage and protect roleplay, we shall support appropriate projects of the community. Which projects we support is announced in the internal section of the guild forum. Twinks that are used as serfs or contacts are very welcome too. If it is a crafter, he will be treated like a regular mercenary, with the exception of combat, where his presence is not necessary (although a minimum of combat ability is expected). Twinks count as activity, whether the twink is officially in the guild, or acts as an outside contact. Details should be cleared with the Captain.

§5.1. Followed by a positive answer on an application, the initiate will be placed in the temporary rank of a recruit. [OOC:]Please note that as long as you are not a regular member, your permissions on the website are limited.

§5.2. Every recruit has to report at his assigned mentor on his own. The mentor will then instruct the recruit in guild protocol and customs. It is the duty of the mentor to inform the recruit of all guild matters and procedures. To examine the recruit on his activity and knowledge of the statutes and to help to improve, if need be. The mentor has to keep a up-to-date report on the recruits performance and has to deliver an evaluation regularly. The initiate has the duty to obey his mentor and to actively ask appropriate questions, to achieve the level of a full fledged mercenary.

§5.3. There is no predetermined frame of time, how long a initiation will take.
